Townhouse prices are usually quoted on built floor area, not on the land area.

- A higher specification of tile, paint and sanitaryware: about 20 percent more
- Turnkey interiors: priced separately from the drawings
A calculator on a website is an estimate. The formal quotation comes with a material schedule and a programme.
