Before the deposit is paid, decide who the principal owner is — usually the head of the household — and take the axis of the plot.
- Three things An Phat checks on site
- The existing door, or the door that is proposed
- Whether the owner’s year sits in the East or West group
- The plan of the kitchen, the master bedroom and the altar — the whole house does not have to be turned
A result looked up on a website is only a starting point. A good orientation still depends on the approach, the neighbours and the planning rules on that plot.
